  How ironic. That woman claims to support women, and yet works so hard w her legal team to remove other women’s accs from the internet for simply using a phrase that MILLIONS of people have used/heard, and not from the horses mouth either. I always assumed it was Meg who popularized the phrase, or really anything to do w “hot girl”.

  lol I find it hilarious that this happened in the fitness community AND the reading community at almost the same time. “Hot Girls Read” trademark drama has been on my feed for like a week and now I see this. These people KNOW that saying  “hot girl” anything is going to go up in the summer because it’s HOT GIRL SUMMER 😭 being so litigious over small creators and communities using it is crazy. There are way bigger fish to fry

  I am white and I feel very weird about this; I feel like white folks do this a lot, where they take someone else&apos;s idea, alter it slightly and then profit off it. Very &apos;hot girls read&apos;.

  ... people weren&apos;t walking?? During covid that&apos;s all I was doing as well as pretty much everyone in my area parks and walking trail were packed.

  trademarking a term after it’s popular is so childish, weird, and unethical. Also overall this was a bad business move. She couldve used the “hot girl walk” nonprofits as a way to promote her own brand or maybe even help other put those events together since “shes about women” but no just weird

  Whenever I hear &quot;hot girl&quot; anything, I think of Lil Kayla. Also, it&apos;s just what we say down south. But Megan thee Stallion made the phrase global. Also, the song &quot;I need a hot girl&quot; by Hot boys that came out years ago. This ain&apos;t new. I hate to be one of those people but I feel like white people gentrify everything black people do.
