  I’m so grateful that you guys explained the toxicity of this brand. I always see the demographic described wearing this at school, and it’s only out of spite. I refuse to buy from such an intentionally exclusive brand. A brand I have seen with similar clothing is edikted, but also, old navy has sweats that come in many sizes and LENGHTS!! As a girl who is 5”10’, I do not fit any “normal” fitting clothing.

  as a teen who's midsize, alternative, very political, and shops almost exclusively second hand, brandy still has this certain allure to me? like i know it's illogical, but i still sort of want to shop there. the girls they cater to represent a kind of "normalcy" that i never had (as a queer/trans neurodivergent kid, or even just someone not skinny). i really appreciate y'alls perspectives and nuance!! for shop recommendations, i think holister and maybe aeropostale have somewhat similar styles and bigger size ranges!

  brandi melville is so incredibly overpriced for the bad quality, fake inclusiveness, and for being as basic as every other brand. some of their clothes are def cute and soft for pajamas or summer but I'd so much rather find clothes that will last more than 2 years 🥲🥲 especially as a girl with a bigger chest, so much of their tank tops won't even go over my shoulders or chest all the way and definitely do not give me the coverage or comfort i need for the girlies....

  I’m not sure if you’ve reviewed this brand yet, but I’d love to see a review of white fox! For example their sweat sets, but also maybe some of their dresses and regular tops? 🐙
