John Candy didn’t just play uncle buck. He was uncle buck. Definitely a great movie to go back to during family reunions and holidays. John Candy literally was walking comedy gold. In his movies, he was so fluent that it almost didn’t even feel like he was acting. He made all of his roles seem genuine and that’s what made his comedy more natural and funnier. He was funny even when he wasn’t trying to be. It just came natural to him

When I re-watch Uncle Buck.<br>It returns me to a simpler time.<br>And to see John Candy.<br>My favorite John Candy movie.<br>I really miss that man, even though I never met him<br>RIP John Candy. You are very missed by me and millions of others.

Uncle Buck and The Great Outdoors are two of my favorite John Candy movie. John was a bight spirit that burned out to soon and will be missed forever by his fans.

My parents & I had a tradition of watching this every year the night before Thanksgiving…it’s the movie version of comfort food. Still holds up, even decades later.
