OK, who else forgot just how chaotic this movie really was? Between the four-hour prosthetics, the R-rated improv, and Robin terrorizing San Francisco in full nanny drag, it's a wonder anything stayed on script. Which behind-the-scenes moment made you go “wait, WHAT?”
Be sure to subscribe, and share this with a friend who still quotes the icing-drop moment like it happened yesterday.
Check out more nostalgic movie deep dives here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRZTUGHHqdh6Rd6NpS5Nw1xx8oWUgCmZM

Robin should have received an Academy Award for that performance. But sadly Hollywood does not reward comedy films. At the very end when Mrs. Doubtfire, when she talks to the children about divorce on her show always makes me feel weird. A feeling I cannot describe. It's a funny, emotional, brilliant movie. Rest in peace Robin Williams... we all miss you. 😔

I like that they didn't make Stu a villain. Of course Daniel was gonna be a little bitter and jealous about it but that doesn't mean Stu was actually bad. He just liked Miranda and enjoyed dating her. He meant no harm at all. He even liked her kids and planned fun things for the family. The pool, the very fancy restaurant. Just a nice guy.

Mrs Doubtfire was such a hilarious film. A movie that could only be made in the 90s.

Being a foster child at the time, the ending helped me deal with me situation. It was a great call and I’m sure other foster children at that time were also grateful ❤ RIP Robin 😢

Rest in Peace, Robin Williams. Beneath all of his laughter and jokes, we didn't realise that he was battling serious depression.
