  Law schools actually need students with all types of backgrounds and interests because there are so many specialized areas of law.<br>Including fashion, with things like intellectual property disputes and trademark infringement.

  She&apos;s exactly feminine in empowerment way: popular but still kind, non-judgemental, proves her place and worth, forgiving, ambitious but also loves seeing other people success, also her bestfriends are all so supportive of her. This movie is just girlhood I love this movie as a boy grew up with only sisters like seeing Elle with her bestfriends just like seeing me and my sisters supporting each other.

  Years after this, Reese was called for jury duty in Beverly Hills, and she ended up being selected. When it came time to pick a foreman, everyone else insisted it be her. And she was like &quot;Guys, that was a MOVIE! I&apos;m an actress! I didn&apos;t REALLY go to law school!&quot; <br><br>But they kept insisting, so she agreed to do it anyway.

  Just FYI, fashion merchandising is a business major, and law schools are full of business majors, so she really doesn&apos;t have that unusual of a background to get into Harvard.

  This is all about WOMEN SUPPORTING WOMEN!! The mean professor who kicked her out first day was the one to convince her to stay. Vivian who was her enemy became her best friend. Elle trusted Brooke because they shared a sorority. And Elle helped the salon lady because they both love dogs.

She has a 4.0 in Fashion Merchendise and a 179 on the LSATS... 180 is maximum score so she&apos;s in the 99th Percentile and the fashion industry is a Multi billion doller global industry. That is exactly the sort of background Harvard looks for because believe it or not companies in that multi billion doller industry would really like lawyers who actually know their business. Also when you go to Harvard you are generally a 1st year law student so expected to know nothing about the law.

  One of my favourite elements in the film is how Vivianne and Elle become friends.<br><br>It would be so easy to have Vivianne as an antagonist throughout, but the way she begins to respect Elle is such a well done scene.
