Saludos desde México. Estaría genial que pudieras escuchar los mejores altavoces que he escuchado en mi vida. Los Margules Grand Orpheus, son el sonido más musical y natural que he escuchado.

90% of floorstanding with new amplifiers ( no tone controls..no loudness) have no enough bass tones

The thing that I haven't seen addressed is...Bookshelf speakers on their stands cost about the same and require the same space as tower speakers - before adding the subwoofer. If you don't require a small space - on a shelf or table - towers seem like the obvious choice.

if it’s wrong to place a bookshelf speaker on the floor then it should also be wrong to put a subwoofer in the floor too

Bookshelves + sub have no weight in the mid and high bass the sub not playing at, the 60hz to 200hz. Towers cover the 60hz to 200hz well which is why you still get a sub with your towers for the 60hz and lower. Old school music with bass line in the mid + high bass will have no presence with bookshelves. So little is said to the loss of this frequency range. For music like ABBA bookshelves or soundbars would be the worst decision you could make
