Columbo DID raise his voice, every once in a while. Occasionally he yells at a suspect that he knows they're the killer - usually when he's being laughed at by them.

In 1974 the pool scene of the Johnny Cash episode was filmed near where I lived. My sister and I, both teens, walked there and saw the famous car out front, as well as several vans. We went to the backyard and asked them if we could watch. They said as long as we stayed where they told us and stayed quiet. Johnny was in a leg cast. I still get a kick out of watching that scene knowing I was standing a few feet away.

Such interesting facts, but the one that broke my heart was when you Peter didn’t remember Columbo once the Alzheimer’s happened. That’s so sad. ❤

No need for an "ending", as Columbo is eternal and will probably live on, entertaining audiences well beyond the puny life spans of the OG 1970's fans (such as myself).
