Hello there. I worked at Canadair/Bombardier for 42 years. We always told each other, Canadair/Bombardier are the barrier breakers in aviation. Canadair built the Challenger. Bombardier later made it more efficient to make and started up its design teams to design and build aircrafts. I worked on all aircraft, but was part of the design team for challenger300 and RJ700. I worked on Global, global 7000 and Global 8000. My career in those project was split between quality, quality of design and design and Project Management.

I am very proud to have had a chance to work in a company that makes the things i love. Airplanes!!!!

Cheers

Imagine how far Canadian aero-space might have gotten if PM Diefenbaker hadn't scrapped the Avro Arrow program.
Shucks, it had a hydraulic computer for flight stabilization impervious to EMP.

The Concorde was meant as a test airplane, was not optimized for costs. The original plan was to build a Concorde-like plane for several hundred passengers.
