I also have the most recent Order of Battle (as of September 2026) in writing on my website: https://www.battleorder.org/post/ca2026
This only includes changes that are confirmed to be happening right now and don't include changes that may or may not happen a little further out (like an Aviation Brigade, Maintenance Battalion, or UAS Regiment).

Canadian military leaders were probably waiting for a video so they could use the breakdown in a power point haha

The CAF really said "I hope you had fun existing as the 3rd division at Western Sabre last week because the 3rd division no longer exists"

They’re probably keeping the regiment names because they’re historic. The PPCLI, RCR, and R22 go back to before the world wars.

Sir Henry Sinclair Horne, commander of the First British Army, said “The 1st Canadian Division is the pride and wonder of the British Army” following the fighting at Vimy Ridge in 1917.

Return of rocket artillery (non-nuclear this time) and the 4th Princess Louise Dragoon Guards. Hopefully Type 10 for the latter

slight error on the part of the reserve brigades order of battle (specifically 31, 32, and 33 CBG)

It's 31 CBG that has 2 artillery regiments (11th field RCA, 56 field RCA), and 32 CBG with only one (7 TOR RCA)

56 was formerly a 32 brigade unit, however it has been tactically grouped with 11th field RCA, transferring it to 31 CBG

Otherwise great video, clears up a lot of confusion on my end.

Basically back to the 5 brigade setup it had before. Full circle
Those 3 light battalions making up one regiment also sounds exactly like the Airborne regiment
