Man, those young people spend a lot of money to be college students and have parties. Wouldn't it be less expensive to party for 4 years without going into debt and learn nothing?

In France, when you turn 18 and have followed a general curriculum in a public school (free), you have spent 7 years learning the history of your country and the world (including that of the USA), mathematics, biology, 2 foreign languages, geography,... Not everyone is good at everything, of course, but we are taught all of that and more...
