Prosecution was so incredibly negligent in their cowardice. They got nothing out of him, for absolutely no reason except they wanted it over.

If I was falsely accused of 4 brutal murders, you couldn't convince me to plead guilty and take a life without parole plea - because I'm innocent!!! That being said, give him a new trial and put the death penalty back on the table

I can flee all half a dozen utterances on the live streams. <br><br>The state of Idaho caused ineffective assistance of counsel by all the discovery violations. Hippler caused ineffective assistance of counsel when he refused to operate in an unbiased way applying the law

The “hair” in Ethan’s right hand was not a match to BK - it was part of discovery. Defense filed a stipulated motion for admission of additional exhibits as evidence at trial - it’s shows debris in Ethan’s right hand. Defense didn’t test the hair because it was better to use it at trial to show bad investigation and create reasonable doubt.

Significant evidence was released by the prosecution AFTER the guilty plea was given. Is it lawful for the prosecution to withhold salient evidence from the defense ? That seems to have happened in this case.
