  I had to pause your video to make a comment or two. First off, you are the sweetest man. I love Almond Roca - it's one of my favorite candies, I've been eating it for over 45 years and can't wait to make this recipe. When you talked about your granddaughter, Ramona, and future grandkids you might have, what you said made me tear up. I have 3 grandkids ages 3-7 and often think about the grandkids/great-grands that might be born after I'm gone. I love them all too. You also talked about the 100 pennies Dorothy gave you as a gift one year and all you could see was 100 pieces of Bazooka bubblegum. I loved this!!  I remember when Bazooka was a penny a piece. Bazooka was my #1 favorite treat as a kid. I'd return glass pop bottles to the store and buy Bazooka with the pennies I'd get for the bottles. Me and my friends would have bubble-blowing contests and I won every time. I was chewing 2 pieces once and blew a bubble twice as big as my head and it popped suddenly, covering my entire face and head of long hair. My mom had to cut most of my hair off to get the gum out. Anyway, I'm just rambling, but your little stories spurred these memories in me and I wanted to share. Thanks for posting these recipes. Merry Christmas to you and yours.   This was one of the best candy making videos I've seen. My mom passed five years ago and for a gift for my little sister I made copies of Mom's pecan and pumpkin pie recipes that were in her handwriting and put them in a frame for her to hang in her kitchen.

  This is the best candy making video I have seen. &nbsp;I so appreciate that you go into detail about crystallization of the sugar and the separation of the butter fats and the chocolate. &nbsp;I have watched a lot of these videos and most of them never mention what could go wrong and it often does. &nbsp;Thank you.

  Oh Henry Bars/Rocky Road <br> <br>In microwave safe bowl. <br>1 - 12 oz. bag Reese’s Peanut Butter chips <br>1 - 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips <br>1 - 12 oz bag butterscotch chips <br> <br>Stir to mix and then microwave for 3 minutes (rule of thumb, 1 minute per bag of chips) <br>Then stir the melted mixture till one solid color. <br>Cool for 3 minutes. <br>Add Rice Krispie’s and marshmallows. <br>2 C Rice Krispies <br>1 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows <br> <br>Fold and stir till the white of the marshmallows are gone. <br>Dump on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and spread out till rectangular. <br>Have a 2nd piece of parchment ready to place on top and press down with a second sheet pan to flatten. <br>Let cool.

  You are so calm and your voice and method are therapeutic. &nbsp;I found myself taking a deep breathe and became calm...usually I&apos;m freaking out about making candy! You&apos;re such a sweetheart mentioning your grandkids :&apos;)
