  To clarify on Lucas: his island had no concept of money until Porky invaded and implemented taxes on the place, so yeah, Lucas definitely doesn't pay taxes.

  The problem with Sonic is that wasn&apos;t his house. It was actually Tails&apos; house. Not only that Tails actually has a lab as another building and that&apos;s not even counting the workshop Tails has in Sonic adventure. <br><br>Sonic Team have stated that Sonic doesn&apos;t have a house. He is literally bumming around at the speed of sound. Though both Sonic and Tails are underage with Sonic being 15 and Tails being 8, Sonic should be in the never paid taxes tier, but Tails owning multiple buildings make it a bit tricky to determine.

  Funnily enough we kinda have actually seen Bayonetta paying taxes. In the second game which her base skin in smash is we see her shopping in New York which has sales tax

  They actually did bring Samus paying taxes up in cut dialogue from fusion, mentioning how Samus was exempt from paying her taxes for her bounty hunter work with the situation being: “So do I have to pay for this new ship” “Nah the Federation will handle it, just like your taxes, we still owe you after all” (Samus usually does the Federation missions for cheap). Not to mention in multiple canon appearances of her she is LITERALLY A POLICE OFFICER COLLECTING TAXES. She is the ENTIRITY of Metroids IRS

  OBJECTION! Kirby was put in the “Has no concept of money” tier. However, he owns a house, had multiple jobs in the anime, and in Forgotten Land, he can purchase items using coins he obtains from levels. Therefore, he is more likely to either have paid taxes, or avoid paying taxes.
