Snake is definitely a drinker. During a Codec conversation in MGS2 he once stated that he suffered from ptsd and began heavily drinking.

This video seems super AI. Lack of characters for sure points me that way.

For as big as bowser is, it would take a lot of alcohol to get him tipsy

Canonically,Ryu has been known to be a drinker in the Street Fighter Universe as well. He's been portrayed as such in an early/mid 90s manga in the boom of the fighting game craze.

Pyra and by extension Mythra have shown to be drinking alcohol at Garfont Village in the Kingdom of Uraya.

In the Peach part, you call Super Mario Kart “Super Circuit” which isn’t the right game, even though you got the game right when talking about Bowser.

Minor correction: In Banjo Kazooie nuts & bolts, there is a text box in the level “Banjo land” that says Kazooie was “spotted at jolly’s bar….”.

Hold up! Jigglypuff DID drink in that scene in Magical Pokémon Journey! HOWEVER! Jigglypuff and friends somehow got drunk off apple cider! Or in Japanese, amazake, which has such a low alcohol content that it's considered safe to give to children (it's sold to their human friend Hazel, who is at most thirteen), and sometimes no alcohol whatsoever. It would still be very weird to get drunk off of it in any language.
