A house that is already modernized and decorated is still something that can be transformed visually to your own place. I think Phil and Kirstie should probably point that out more. Too often peole respond to the interior decor, which is entirealy changeable, from color to style.

I love these shows! ... As a viewer from the States, I feel that Phil & Kirstie have taken me on the grand tour of the UK so often that I have really fallen in love with the all of the countries involved and would love to visit there someday. Location, Location, Location started it all for me, but the joys keep coming with Love It or List and the Relocation shows too! One thing I really love though, is the feline stars that frequently make cameo appearances in these shows. The cats appear so often, it makes me wonder if the crew brings one along as a prop for each episode! ❤🏡😻🌟
