if i was trying to get out of that rubbish heap of a shared flat i can't say i'd be too picky lol. the problem is that they're treating the property like it's a rental where they can't change anything instead of their own house in which they change it all

I love Kirstie and Phil but every time I hear buyers say they want a "community", I think of Jean and Lionel from "As Time Goes By". Not always a bad thing but the thought is there.
