I like when Ed reminds the viewer that this automobile hobby is for these folks to have fun. That certainly is the important part.

I remember the days of putting 58cc 305 heads on a 350 to boost compression. Some things were crude, but worked better than they should have.

Ed Pink and Sam Auxier built a lot of Cammers. Sneaky Pete Robinson developed the gear drive.

Yeah I forgot to tell you on that 390 block with 4208 heads and the 750 I had to idle off the stop lights in the city in order otherwise I'd sit there and spend the tires

The guy with the 390 Cadillac should contact Cadco in Albuquerque, NM. They do Cadillac engines. Mainly 472 and 500, but also 425, 368, 390, and other Cadillac engines. I think they would likely know the most about older Cadillac engines.

In Australia we have 351 Cleveland,s and 302 Cleveland's they have the same bore size but a 302 has a 3.00" stroke and 6.030 conrods, and a 351 has a 3.500" stroke and 5.780" conrod, the 302 Boss motor is a Windsor block with Cleveland heads, the Holden V/8 you are talking about come in two sizes 253 cubic inches and 308 cubic inches, ( we stroke the 308's to 355ci or 383ci with aftermarket crank and rod combinations) At 70 years old I love watching your video's and still learning new tricks .

302 boss was a cleveland cast HD block. Modified 351 heads, and different firing order.<br>Jack used to race those in Trans-Am 305cid limit cars.
