I'm with you Scotty I also have a nice comfortable chair that I rest my butt in while taking Care of the girls. I now use the bamboo sticks to help out. As Scotty said the trellis prevents from turning and spinning the plants. It's so much easier for defoliation LST and pretty much all you do to maintain. Peace and love as always

The plants definitely have a circadian rythm and they expect the light before its on, i saw a great timelapse that shows it, but they will adjust to a new rythm like a nightshift worker.

I use a green pvc covered wire and make a sort of an helix by winding it around a chopstick then I cut some length of it to twist or screw around the stems or straight branches I want to train bending. After the wire wrap around is installed it can be bent progressively in any direction and make angled elbows.
