  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aj1765HEvUI&amp;t=1944">32:24</a> <br>Under canopy lighting seemed to be a game changer for me. I’m a newish grower, 5-6 indoor grows, 3-4 outdoor grows. I grew out some Apple Fritter clones in a 2x4 with under canopy lighting and pulled 17 ounces. The real difference is in the lower bud growth. There was amount of true larf, maybe a quarter ounce from 17 ounces total. The lowers do not become A-grade buds, they become B+++ buds. They’re definitely different because of the way the genetics react to the light coming in from the bottom. The only drawback is having to turn them off when checking the plants out. The LED lights are very bad for our retina and overall integrity of the eye function so, just be aware. The B+++ buds are totally worth it. It’s like 2-3 ounces of the 8.5 ounces per plant are these very mysteriously enjoyable herb. It’s almost like a different quality of the genetics is brought forth in the diversity of reactions that the plants are able to produce as a result of having more PPFD to work with. Peace ✌️
