I started at 42 earning about $80K a year, contributing as much as I could to my 401(k) and investing consistently. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, but I stayed patient and kept learning. By 70, I had built a portfolio of around $2 million. Looking back, the biggest lesson was starting early, staying consistent, and giving my money time to grow. For anyone getting close to retirement, it's never too late to take a thoughtful look at your finances and make a plan for the years ahead. 🙏

Buying a property without knowing when the high interest rates gonna go down is nightmare. I just sold my property. Biggest mistake in my life. I lost so much. I could have tripled the money on the 5 big stocks in the last 4 years. Home loan is a trap.
