  The first friend thinking he’s Jonathan Joestar is a perfect example of how generic Toriko’s design is. Doesn’t help that his outfit looks like an urban version of Goku’s gi.

  I HATE being the guy that says "the anime sucks but I swear that the manga is good" but that's exactly how I feel towards Toriko. Toei adapted a manga where every fight is a bloodbath and made it more censored than 4kids One Piece
