I did Excercise 1 for 3 days and I see improvement that I have not seen in last 10 years of playing! What an amazing way of looking at this instrument. Not only it increases coordination but it opens up so many possibilities since I can make one hand steady as a metronome and groove with the other

I've found a few songs have helped me to improve my Fingerstyle. Hysteria's intro helped me with speed and consistency (it's all 16th notes and the whole thing falls apart if you fall behind), and STP's bass lines helped with muting (Robert DeLeo uses a lot of stacatto in his playing) as well as a lot of string skipping
