  Such a small coincidental world we live in. In 1959/ 60 I was a kid growing up in Hollywood and living with my parents in a triplex apartment building converted from an old single family home. It was on the small quiet street of DeLongpre Ave. a few hundred yards west of Western Ave. Our upstairs apartment had a balcony that faced north and towards the back of one of the two 20th Century Fox's auxiliary studio lots across the small street, the other studio being across from us to the east on Western and Sunset Blvd. From our balcony I could just see over the studio wall  at the western sets and hear the gunfire when they were filming another TV western. And this studio is where they also filmed "The Adventures of Dobie Gillis". Every day of filming at lunch time Tuesday Weld, Dwayne Hickman and Bob Denver walked in front of my house together on their way to lunch. I knew who they were because I was a fan of the show, but never bothered them for any autographs. And now here I am all these years later watching the biography of this actress on my Smartphone. What a strange world.

  Considering what&apos;s been going on at the moment, Tuesday Weld refused to be bought and sold by anyone and just said I&apos;m gonna survive on my own terms. It cost her though, and I hope somewhere, in herself, she&apos;s found peace. This was a good one, Ava, thank you.
