There should be a law that you must salvage as much of a home as possible before demolition. So much could be donated to programs like Habit for Humanity and qualify for a tax deduction. Less goes in the landfill, too .

Hi Ethan. I’m always afraid that some random animal gets into the house when you leave the doors open, and then they’re trapped inside when you leave.

It's so sad to think a splendid home like this is going to be demolished! That oak staircase is magnificent and the marble fireplace is fantastic. The whole house is beautifully designed and would be a dream to live in! The bar in the basement was a cool feature. Thanks for sharing this one with us, Ethan!

I like your content but your audio would be better if you wore a mic. You're often in abandoned places with a lot of echo which makes it hard to hear you throughout your videos. Not a criticism but just a suggestion! I look forward to seeing when you drop new videos.
