Seriously, why do they rather demolish this beauty than fix it? It still looks in good shape! 😢😢

It is absolutely baffling as to the number of houses in Canada, just like this one, that are being demolished. This one is immaculate and move in ready. (I would have wanted a door in the master bedroom bathroom.) It's very sad to see this one demolished 😢 the grounds are incredible with the privacy with all those gorgeous trees. Thank you for sharing, Ethan.

I absolutely loved this house! They do not make homes like they use to! The craftsmanship, the crown moldings, the medallions, the big bedrooms and closets! A lot of homes today do not share this brilliance and architecture! Looking forward to the next one!

Somebody could move into this place and be very happy! It’s a crime to tear it down! A very clean and beautifully built home!

It pains me to see such a beauty be demolished 💔. The windows…floor to almost ceiling. It’s gorge! Thanks for the tour Ethan!

34:23 My OCD appreciated that so much!

I recently watched a couple of other peoples videos that do these abandoned homes and I can't say without a doubt that yours are by far more interesting and entertaining. I really appreciate these from your perspective.

That's a really, REALLY nice house! I love the detail in the crown molding, the volume in the archways, etc. Yet another great explore! As always....Stay Safe! ✌️♥️

I really hate that this house is coming down. Can’t anyone just renovate a little?
