  Thank you for doing this video. This really helps. I haven’t collected Pokémon cards ever since 1998 and surprisingly I still have some of those cards but nothing crazy. Now I’m back into it since my 7 year old son and my 4 year old  son wanted to buy some. I’m shocked at how this has evolved. Getting back into it has been hard because there are so many different types of Pokémon. I’m old school, I know the first generation ones but not these new ones. Big learning curve but videos like yours really help, thank you.

  I am greatful for people like you. i inherited an insane collection 2 years ago and spent a lot of time trying to understand this market before selling. my first vending experience i started chatting with someone who used to own a collectibles store but closed in early 2000s. At some point he said ‘ put this shit away’ 😂 he meant well and pretty much told me i have alot to learn cuz there will be someone who will take advantage.

  one thing to mention for pricecharting is to ignore marketprice and do what you said in the video. Only looking at last sold and paying attention to condition

  Great video! I use Collectr to track my collection. Glad you mention price charting... I like to use it because of the quick ebay reference. Otherwise it's really ebay. At shows I will use ALT to check slabs

  Yes! This is exactly what we need in the hobby everyone should know how much their stuff is worth😮 when doing trades and selling off things it comes in handy!
