You're a brave man to assume anyone who soldered like that <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZatG223do-s&t=424">7:04</a> left the computer working. <br>That's a really bad soldering job, bodge wire and no socket? All signs led to most likely a PLA <and more> as you found out. lol <br><br>It's a shame to see so many of these machines becoming, "Learning electronics experiements", but thankfully there's people like us who keep them working.! Kudos.

im in envy of all the needs fixing stuff u have there, ive yet to get a c64 ,and never seen a boring vid from u.<br>ive gone a bit awol at the moment ,fixing a ferguson studio 50d music centre whilst watching this...<br>🤣🤣when u said if u think its boring why are u at the end of the vid...🤣
