The lyrics to "Time" are the most brutal lyrics to a song that have ever been written. And the older you get, the more brutal they get when you hear them.

75-year-old grandma here. In the late 60s, 70s, etc., we used to fire up a fatty and listen to Floyd for hours. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I had an MRI; they asked what I wanted to listen to and I immediately said, "Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon". Best MRI EVER!!!

We love ya, Isaac, but you SHOULD be aware that interrupting Dark side of the moon is punishable by time in jail, listening to Abba on loop.

It stayed on Billboard's Top 200 for 778 weeks. That's more than 14 years. I'd say it stood the test of time.

The soloist on "Great Gig in the Sky" is Clare Torry, who wasn't a band member, but a session back-up singer and will soon celebrate her 77th birthday. She is beloved by all Pink Floyd fans.

You are a music producer, and have never listened to 'The Dark Side Of The Moon.'
That truly explains EVERYTHING about today's music.
