  I love dex entries that really explore pokémon as a part of the world, not just battling mechanics. &nbsp;Predator-prey is a concept the franchise has explored since the very beginning of the manga and anime, but it&apos;s still not something that just comes to mind when playing the games, but it&apos;s one of the most important relationships to keep the world alive and functioning.<br><br>I bet the new pokécology book will be a gold mine for this sort of stuff! &nbsp;I saw Lockstin do a sort of crash course of what the book covers, and I WANT IT!!

  That thumbnail pic and the pokédex entries got me salivating over some slowpoke tail stew! Sounds perfect for a winter&apos;s day at home to keep you comfy in front of a fireplace .<br><br>Also don&apos;t forget about farfetch&apos;d; the literal premise of this pokemon is that it&apos;s a duck that happens to be carrying leek or spring onions, in honour of the Japanese saying that translates to &quot;a duck comes bearing spring onions&quot; which presents itself as an &apos;easy target&apos;; hence a couple pokedex entries discuss it&apos;s wild population being low which is confirmed elsewhere due to farfetch&apos;d being regularly hunted by humans and that its leek can serve as an edible food source which other Pokemon or humans try to harvest. There&apos;s even mention of a recipe that mentions cooking Farfetch&apos;d along with its leek to make a delicious meal, which explains why duck hunters must go mad for them!
