  To me, there is no bigger red flag or turn off than when someone likens your looks to someone else they find attractive or talks about who they were interested in before with you/in front of you. &nbsp;<br>I need to feel special, I need to know they have eyes only for me, that the past is indeed the past and they are not holding on to feelings or thoughts about someone else…<br>This is why “dating” is quite anti biblical. And leads to people doing more than they should be doing with someone who is not their spouse. It’s good to get to know someone, but when it becomes romantic, great care needs to be taken. If you selfishly allow that person to develop feelings for you but have no plan to marry, you’ve just taken a piece of them away from the person they are supposed to be with. The one who has full intention of committing, and not “testing them out” prior. <br>I think for sure, teens should not date at all. Hormones are far too strong. &nbsp;Friendship is fine. But save the “dating” for when you are ready and able to marry, live on your own, take care of another person, etc. I know in this society just how hard it is to stay single into your adult years. You get stigmatized and mocked. But why do you think there is so much adultery and divorce? Because “believers” are living just like the world is living. And expecting different results. At times, things may by God’s grace still work out. But mostly, things end painfully. Or if they don’t end, damage that could’ve been avoided is done and is always in the back of the mind, making the other feel unstable the remainder of the marriage.

  I feel like I want to listen to this video again and write down a million inspiring thoughts. I sincerely thank this couple for their rich relationship, which is an example for all of us, not only on the earthly plane, but also in the vertical. It is so clear that the Lord is their engine and the epicenter of their lives. And I also want to thank you as the host for your sensitivity in leading the conversation. You make room for the guests, but at the same time do not disappear or dominate. You are a quiet force in this conversation. ❤ You are growing as a host! And we are growing with you!
