  THANK YOU, Disney, for releasing this for free on YouTube!  My mom, who met Walt near opening day (and we have a photo of it!), doesn't have Disney plus and I was able to send her the link to YouTube to watch this - she's 79 now and we still go to Disneyland at least once a year together.  💖💖💖

  My dad was born in 1934. He was a brasero( a Mexican worker brought over to work the fields) and worked in the orange fields during the mid 50s when Disneyland was being built. He was not allowed to work construction jobs. But he saw with his own eyes the construction of Disneyland. He would always tell us the stories when we would go in the late 70s and early 80s.

  It was so nice to see my Grandfather in this documentary brings back so many memories. He was one of the original Disneyland Band Cast Members. I miss him so much. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtrVcOxVDls&amp;t=4223">1:10:23</a>!

  I was crying almost the entire time. It&apos;s just so special. What he did was incredible. It&apos;s inspiring. I wish Disney would get back to its roots more...

  I grew up in a poor family in Southern California. &nbsp;As a single parent my mom couldn’t afford much but always managed to save enough to take us kids to Disneyland at least once a year. &nbsp;I am now 62 years old and in tears watching this video and remembering <br>my mom and siblings who have gone on to “Tomorrow Land”…. Thank you Walt Disney!! &nbsp;🥲💗
