  Just wanted to say thank you for doing this comparison. We really tried to get the &quot;sweet spot&quot; of the Gen 2 burrs to be around 3-5 to address the feedback of the Gen 1 burrs not being able to grind fine enough, and watching this video just kind of brings it home that we did a solid job!

  I see that Ode gen 2 burrs are more forgiving than SSP MP, nicely done Fellow

  Always nice to see a “budget” version of something performing as well or better than high reputation/expensive version. &nbsp;Granted, I’m sure performance will vary when actually ground for a specific brew method, i.e. Aeropress, V60, Orea, French Press or whatever. &nbsp;It’d be fun to run the same experiment using several different brew methods. &nbsp;But that’d be a super deep rabbit hole!

  Holy smokes, thank you for doing all this work on one &quot;sitting&quot; and doing an excellent job keeping track of what is what. I have been unhappy with my pour overs since upgrading from my Kitchenaide burr grinder to the Ode Gen 2. I&apos;ve been doing a grind setting of 5 and above and now after watching all your work, I wonder if I&apos;m just not going fine enough. I will be trying a lower grind setting in the morning tomorrow. Thank you!
