Dr. Lisa has helped me most by relieving the fear of getting this diagnosis. I love the BHB channel and am so grateful it is free. Dr. Lisa is eminently qualified to EMPOWR each of us the information and tools to SAFELY and correctly navigate every stage of the disease without medication no matter what age or current condition. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Hi new 67 yo subscriber with osteoporosis in spine and hips. No fracture events. I marked my height on a wall. I did 10 sit to stands in 30 sec with no hands and both leg stands were over 30 secs with no wobbles. The back stretch using the chair felt amazing. I feel like I finally found the right path to better bone health. I'm following your videos starting today. Thank you doctor so very much!

Life long exerciser here. You name it-I've participated in it. Dance aerobics, step aerobics, water aerobics, weight lifting, Yoga, kickboxing, TRX, Pilates, Pickleball, Volleyball, snow/water skiing, running, spin classes. So disappointed to learn none of that prevented me from getting OP in spine an Femeral Neck. No HRT. Dr pushed meds on me. Fosamax had horrible side effects for me. Prolia was frightening. No breaks or fractures ever! So I am going the Strong Bones through exercise route. I thank being active for my fracture free past. Waiting for TKA Jiffy Knee in the fall. Although this is S L O W and basic for me I appeciated the slowing down and reminders for safety sake. Thank you.

54 years old. 11 reps sit to stand, 24 reps right leg, 33 reps left leg. I found out I have osteoporosis in my left femoral neck and osteopenia in the right earlier this summer. I reacted in fear and did find you on facebook but have basically been feeling sorry for myself and not being proactive. Today I decided I CAN do something and started watching you. Thank you SO much for these videos!!

I'd been doing the intermediate level videos for months (and loving them). Had a "minimally invasive robotic mitral valve repair" done 5 weeks ago and have been cleared to return to exercise. I know I have to work back up to the intermediate videos and so am incredibly thankful for this series. Looking forward to starting it! Thank you!

I'm so happy to finally get started. Took me too many years to say it's about time I took control of my life.

I'm so grateful to you, Dr. Lisa! Just found you yesterday and did day 1 first time today. 6 sit/stands in 30 seconds and 30 seconds right leg, which is stronger, and 24 seconds with left leg.

71 and after four years not getting a dexa scan because I wasn't willing to take meds, just did one again and it's -3.7 spine, Total femur -2.3, and left femur neck -2.9. Sadly, I think it's time for medication, but am scared.

After finding your site yesterday and watching a number of videos, I felt empowered! Because of you, I've already taken steps to change how I bend (and I bend a lot due to my small dog!), how I get into bed, etc. I just didn't give exercise the importance in this that I should have four years ago, when it was -3.1. I did do a 6 month tai chi study and still do that routine not enough, but I think that may have positively affected the femur.

I'm all in with your program and over the years, I've tried others, but they were always too hard for me. You just really seem to understand and this beginning is hard for me, but makes so much sense. Bless you for this free resource. Susan
