  For anyone curious about his cook book and on the fence of wanting it or not. I purchased one for my wife and myself since he gives a really decent amount of recipes on YouTube. I will say his cookbook is definitely worth the buy. There is a nice variety  of foods to choose from. My wife made his apple butter. My God, does it spread nicely on bread.

  If I have time, I sometimes wrap each meatball around a small chunk of mozzarella and then cook as usual. It makes a nice surprise when you bite into the meatball.

  One thing to add. Always use San Marzano tomatoes for your homemade sauce. They are sweeter and less acidic than other canned tomatoes. If you can't use them for whatever reason, add a couple of teaspoons of sugar to your sauce to balance out the acidity of the tomatoes.

  In nearly 50 Years of cooking spaghetti &nbsp;&amp; meatballs, &nbsp;I have Never heard of adding Lemon Zest 🍋 to the mixture!?!? &nbsp;😮<br> I will &nbsp;have to try it, &nbsp;simply because I know I&apos;ve enjoyed nearly every recipe I&apos;ve tried of yours! ❤<br> I guess it&apos;s true, &nbsp;we learn something new everyday. &nbsp;😊

  Yes! A 50/50 blend of pork and beef makes such good meatballs. A blending fork is useful for mixing these. No danger of over mixing and your hands stay clean.

  John , you&apos;re in my top three YouTube cooks, every one of your recipes I&apos;ve made have been a banger. &nbsp;HOWEVER... I got goosebumps and chills when you used the sharp edge of your knife on the surface of the garlic press. That poor edge lol
