  So experts knew in 1983 that the war on drugs was lost, and yet we still continued to fight a losing battle up to this day.

  This was eye opening. I didn&apos;t know heroin was actually prescribed in Britain in the early 60s and 50s. Some doctors prescribed too much, authorities shut them down, users went to the black market. This is the exact path opioid painkillers took in the US some 20 years after this documentary was made. Some doctors over prescribed oxycontin, DEA shut them down and made prescription opioids nearly unobtainable, users went to the black market for pharmaceutical opioids and found heroin. Then fent came along. <br><br>Thats the US to a tee. Unable to learn from history, perpetually doomed to repeat it. I was honestly shocked to find out this exact same thing had happened in Britain in the 20th century and the US was like &quot;yeah, lets do that again.&quot;

  I don&apos;t know how anyone can push a needle in their veins and inject that horrible garbage in their bloodstream it&apos;s so gross and disgusting !

  Seeing him pull on that needle and seeing no blood come up, gave me anxiety! &nbsp;It&apos;s the worse when you can&apos;t get it in. So glad I don&apos;t do that anymore. Absolute hell.

  Been sober for three years from drugs and never looking back. This stuff will steal your soul 😢 don&apos;t do drugs kids
