  Sadly the greatest high ever. My group used to smoke the combo in the early 2010s and we called it grilled cheese. Drug use destroyed the group, and not all of us are still alive today. Feeling blessed to watch a video like this without a twinge of desire. Here's to the ones we've lost.

  Besides ODing, there's also the long term wreckage of a life spent chasing an elusive feeling of security and confidence. I've been clean 11 years, but I went through hell to get back amongst the living.

  ER Nurse here. Please do not try to hold seizing patients still. Turn them on their side if you can to avoid them aspirating on their own vomit/saliva. Turn them to a side, extend their top arm out in front of them as a kickstand and make their bottom side leg extend behind them as a second kickstand. If you can, put something soft under their head. Otherwise, let it ride.

  I had the joy of meeting Phillip Seymour Hoffman. I worked as a barista/server/everything you can think of in this little cafe in the west village Manhattan. He would bring his family in every Sunday for brunch. He was such a kind and thoughtful person. I bumped into him at a local bar one night and he talked to me like a regular person. Like he wasn&apos;t this super famous actor. I had no idea it was the time he had already relapsed. When I heard he passed away I was quite devastated. It brought back a lot of memories watching this, thank you.

  I’ve lost good friends to this. I’m a musician, and have at times had both fent test strips and narcan available for free at my merch table, no questions asked. I don’t want people to use drugs, but I hope having those things available can save a life if they do decide to use or possibly overdose. Thanks for bringing attention to this stage of the epidemic.

  I have 16 years sober this coming August. Back then there was nothing more enjoyable than speedballing on a couch in a basement with my friends... They&apos;re all dead now.

  I&apos;m going into rehab this Wednesday. &nbsp;Thanks for all the videos Simon. See yall when I graduate. There&apos;s a drug called 7oh. It&apos;s like kratom but so much worse. I should have known better but anyways. I&apos;m hooked. And I cant quit on my own.
