  Sarah Burt here- happily married with 3 beautiful adult boys. Working as an Accounts Payable Manager for a top house building company in London. Living in a desirable area within Buckinghamshire. Currently on a luxury Kenya safari holiday to celebrate my 50th. Not bad for a working class girl if such a thing!! 😊

  The BBC should really do a follow up on this, not only where the girls are now - but also the schools and how attitudes have changed.

  Although the schools were very different, the girls the,selves were quite similar to each other—they were all thoughtful and well mannered.

  I felt quite sorry for the girl (Sarah I think) who started off saying she was definitely middle class, then at the end she thought she was working class. &nbsp;I hope the experience didn&apos;t dent her confidence.<br>As with most of these types of films I&apos;d love to know what became of these girls.

  In the 90’s I was firmly in the underclass. For the main part my parents didn’t work &amp; we lived under the breadline. I’m now married to a public school boy. My car is posher than his. My job pays more. It’s a funny old world. This experiment was recently repeated and one of the kids, a boy, was given a scholarship for the private school.
