  I am a homeowner, but I love to change things up. These ideas are great for me because I don't have to worry about fixing the damage when I  want to change things. You are so clever.

  I own my home, but so many of these upgrades can be used by anyone. I definitely am going to change out the wall switches in the kitchen because those are always on full view.

  Your renter upgrades are so cute that I would think that the landlords would want you to leave all your upgrades. It would attract more renters and maybe even raise the price.

  To eventually remove those cabinet pulls safely, I <b>highly</b> recommend an adhesive solvent called UnDu (get the NON-California formulation, which can be ordered online from the manufacturer if you&apos;re not in CA and your WM or craft store doesn&apos;t carry it.) Originally intended for scrapbooking, it breaks the adhesive bond, so the sticker/item can be removed. Then, when the solvent evaporates, it&apos;s sticky and usable again. I have used UnDu for decades now, and have <b>never</b> had it stain or mar anything. Used it to remove stickers from books, glass, plastic, LP album covers, metal-- pretty much everything. As a first time renter, I&apos;m blessed to actually love the color scheme of my apartment, but I still enjoy watching all your tips and tricks. Your style is very appealing, and your presentation gives me a real &quot;I can do that too!&quot; confidence. Thank you!

  I like your good ideas and cheerfulness. I am going to use two ideas for now, one is tension road and curtain instead of door for my walking closet, second curtains for my balcony for privacy. Thank you

  All your apartment upgrades are wonderful. My favorite was your bedroom in the last apartment plus the kitchen in green. Loved those. 😊❤
