  Like, Hype, and Share this video, please! Thank you so much<br><br>I can’t begin to tell you how special this project is to me. Not only is this my first mini-documentary that isn’t about a restaurant cooking with live fire, but pizza is actually my favorite food.<br>Earlier this year, Robert reached out and invited me to visit his restaurant to film, and I knew I had to make this video happen. I was first introduced to Rob through Alvin Zhou Films&apos; incredible video on Milly’s, and it inspired me to put my own spin on telling Robert’s amazing story.<br><br>Even though this one isn’t BBQ, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.<br><br>I’d love to hear your thoughts!   The caramelised cheese on the edges is the best bit no matter if you are eating pizza, lasagna or macaroni &amp; cheese.

  I visited Chicago last year for the first time for a work event. I stayed in the loop, but made sure to take the train up to Milly&apos;s. It was definitely worth the visit. So good.

  Thank you SO much. &nbsp;Im a huge fan of Robert, not from his Pizza shops, but from a few youtube videos like this. &nbsp; His willingness to share aspects of his process is unmatched in the Chicago pizza landscape. &nbsp;His education has elevated my home pizza making to huge new levels. &nbsp; I very much hope to meet him someday, try his pizza, and thank him in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I watched a video on Milly&apos;s last year and have been searching for a reason to visit Chicago to try it. &nbsp;We finally took a day trip down a few weeks ago and made a point to preorder a pizza first thing in the morning for dinner. &nbsp;It was phenomenal. &nbsp;I enjoy a good Chicago style pizza. &nbsp;This is different. &nbsp;It&apos;s like a cross between Detroit and Chicago. &nbsp;When I saw this video pop up all I could think about was how good the pizza was the entire time I was watching it.
