  I have a Nicolai S16 MGU since Spring 2025 and meanwhile 9000 km. I didn't have to do or adjust anything on the drivetrain even once.  I love it and would buy again.

  Whats interesting is that radical geo costs the same to manufacture as older geo, other companies could be making less expensive bikes that handle similarly but just don't yet. Nicolai is like the Mercedes of mountain bikes,  features on the S-class become standard on Hondas 10 years later. I dont expect almost anyone to spend 20k on a bike but I do hope the industry takes notice and makes this concept for the masses. Thanks for the showcase Paul!

  Id love one...id love just having Dorados again...which along with the weight is where I reckon ure getting the grip from. Manitou are insane good but everyone keeps getting fox and rockshox

  Just having more mass acts the same as a mass damper. Even on an ebike at 26kg vs. 21kg there is a significant difference in how much the mass damps the rear shock. Especially with an air shock that mass damping the jitters makes a big difference.
