  Alex I am the ONE guy this video likely helped. My dad has had his G55 for 6 years and none of the lockers have ever worked. He refuses to take the car to the dealer and his local mechanic he goes to won’t touch the system. I’m a heavy duty diesel mechanic so I don’t have much knowledge in automotive and there is NOTHING online in regard to this system you’re right! I’ve been waiting for a video like this for years and of course you’re the guy to make it! You’re the best man!!

  I&apos;m 75 and I like the fact you try to fix things and not just throw parts at it except when really needed.<br>You do what I was trained to do back in 1969 and 1970. To this day I always try to fix things before replacing.

  Check under the windshield seal for water and rust. MB tech here. Always happens on passenger side. If you’re careful you can get the glass out without damage. Repair the body and new windshield seal. It’s the rope in stye you could probably do yourself. Pull the pillars and visor’s. There are two electrical junctions for wiring inside the glass under headliner above visor’s.

  As a former car guy and a current systems engineer, this has been my favorite video of yours yet. You break down a complicated system and show not just how to fix the 4wd locking system of a g wagon, but the process that can be applied to any system. It was very cleanly done in this video.   The blue vacuum lines on left and right fenders are for the original fog light to vent air because the G can go under water up to the fender grill
