I cooked from scratch for my two children who are now 40 and 36, and they both cook from scratch and they are very good cooks so my grandchildren also get good healthy meals.

Dont judge these Tudor people or Henry VIII too harshly for their food and drink 🍸. People centuries from now are going to judge us for our food and drink choices and are going to say that what we ate and drank was grotesque too.
