Cutting out the transom and rebuilding it was interesting.<br>I own a 1971 27 foot FibreForm I would like to take out the prop run outdrive then using a jet pump and a 454 engine so the boats bottom would need to be modified for the jet pump

Not using Coosa board to repair a transom...and not using marine plywood on top of that? Maine plywood doesn't have plugs.

You do lovely work, but this is the third video in a week where I've heard an American talk about twenty, thirty, forty, fifty mils of whatever product. I'm not sure what you fellers mean. We use the metric system and twenty five mils equals an inch- forty or fifty mils would be two inches of gelcoat :) Seems a little excessive :) Jay- Australia.
