Man, this is one of those videos where you could have an entire class study it. The musical theory behind it, his sense of rhythm, technique, taste but most of all his ability to emote. Hell, you could do a whole class on just the way he puts a solo or phrase together. Lots of natural non teachable stuff too. So good. Thx for posting.

Josh Smith is one of the best blues players. I saw him live as he was accompanying Joe Bonamassa at Jazz a Vienne festival. Joe was far behind him. ❤.
