  I was actually an engineer on this album. One day during some down time, Jon went to the music store across the street from the music store. They had a big used section. He came back with the synth that was used for that high sound that is used across the entire album. The sessions were just like a big party. He wanted the monitors on 10 when tracking beats. I would hit record and leave the control room to save my hearing lol.

  If you attended an HBCU in the 90’s—possibly the 80’s as well—you heard the “from the windows to the walls” chant from certain fraternities. Beautiful use of it in the song

  I don’t wanna possibly pull the rug from under Lil’ Jon revealing where (I believeeeeee) the sample he was referring to at the top of ‘Who U Wit’ comes from, but it sounds like it comes from ‘When I Hold You Tonight’ by General Degree. It’s a late ‘90’s Dancehall track, and his mention of the collaboration/remixing of the Capleton track ties it all together.

  I was already a fan of Lil&apos; Jon, but him bringing up &quot;Moments in Love&quot; by Art of Noise as a future One Song feature is just CHEF&apos;S KISS. I don&apos;t have to request &quot;Moments in Love&quot; anymore.

  funny enough lil jon is known for saying &quot;what&quot; or &quot;yeah&quot;<br>and that &quot;hi&quot; sample from who u wit is actually a vocal of someone saying &quot;yeah&quot; played in reverse. <br><br>the song &quot;skycell&quot; by nguzunguzu shows this off in the last 20 seconds of the song.

  Thank you so much for this. Get Low is a huge influence on musical taste from my teens. And I have wondered for a long time what all the layers of instruments were there because I couldn&apos;t pick them out.<br>Hearing the stems, the back story plus an analysis all together is a real gift!

  I am so happy for him to celebrate sobriety. He quit for health reasons at first for a few months then 6 then a year then f*ck it, I am done. Still the same guy, great energy, positivity and genuinely wants everyone to have a good time. Quality dude.
