I miss him!!!.....I love all his shows but the Canadian ones hit near and dear to my heart. My favourite episodes are Montreal (ice fishing one) and Quebec City and NFLD, now TO. Enough of the food shows competitions, this is a bit of a history lesson, all great!

So much hate in the comments!! love living here in T.O. I've made a great life for myself and my family in a great neighborhood and have used this city to explore the world physically through travel to the insane amount of destinations out of the city and meeting people from every corner of the earth that ate living here with me. I come from a shitty little town in southwestern Ontario filled with no opportunity and closed minded backwards people (not all obviously) and for me Toronto is freedom on a level I didn't even think was an option growing up. It's like the chains were removed. I feel like anything is possible here despite the shortcomings that come along with city living anywhere on earth. We need to fight to make toronto better evwry day but we're starting at a very high and very livable level. And I'm no rich man BTW, just a plumber.
