"Good Lord!" I smiled through most of this episode, and definitely laughed. This also has to be one of the more food-focused episodes on Parks Unknown and "Good Lord!" indeed! Proud Montrealer over here, and happy that Tony calls it his favourite region :) Merci Tony!

Bourdain worked at Resto LeContininetal. After 3 yrs of being sick and furious with my 44 smoking co-workers, I had to quit. I loved the job, I loved the slalary, but I hate smoke and smokers so much! Working or living in downtown Quebec city is hell for the non-smoker!

I knew it would be Quebecois. Im in the middle of Winterpeg and Qc. in Ontario. That food looks great, 100ft above ground on ice. Should of got him a lake trout too lol.
