What's ONE thing you've tried for your sleep that actually helped, or didn't help at all? I'm curious what's worked (or flopped!) for everyone.👇

I haven't found the key to sleep, still working on that. But from your videos I did figure out that my iron was low, so now I am supplementing and it has been life changing. I was doing magnesium and then I took a break, but I am back to that. My biggest issue is that even if I sleep through the night I am rarely getting quality sleep. My REM sleep has gone from 2 hours a year ago, to barely getting an hour now. I recently saw your video that mentioned blood sugar so I am going to try to pay attention to what I eat for dinner and how I sleep. I love your videos, they are so informative.

The only thing that works for me is not drinking alcohol at all. I have tried magnesium glycinate, not drinking caffeine after noon, morning sunlight etc. Nothing changed until I stopped drinking. No more early morning waking up or super light sleep. Its a hard thing to give up for good but at this stage of my life I value a good nights sleep more than a glass of wine.

I have been waking up at around 3AM this week and did start my period. I just read that progesterone drops right b/f menstruation, so this makes sense that I have been waking up despite being on 200mg P

Teaspoon of honey, dissolved in a little bit of water and I actually mix in two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Drink right before going to bed. That's what solved it for me.

I just had 120 biomarkers checked. That was very telling. I found that my ferritin was extremely low at 9ng, and even though my thyroid is normal, it's not optimal. I am assuming, this is what is causing my waking up at least twice a night because everything else you said in the video, I already do including taking BHRT. I am taking steps to correct those issues by taking iron byglysinate with vitamin C, and I started taking a natural glandular pill for my thyroid. Guess I just need to be patient since it's not an overnight fix. If you have any thoughts of what else might help, I would greatly appreciate it. And thanks for your videos. I look forward to watching them every week❤

Have you ever heard of anyone waking up with a hangover headache from the magnesium glycinate?

Ive done the legs up the wall with slow breathing for years .<br>I actually need some light stimulation to get to sleep, its the only thing that quiets my mind so i can sleep, i also sleep with a headset , so when i wake up at night i can just turn on a podcast or something. Its not the best habit, but it works in a way.

Magnesium glycinate is what helps me the most. I take 375 MG just before bed. I also am sure to take my multivitamins early in the day because I felt like they were possibly revving me up. I also can't workout past 4pm or I feel jittery all night. Only 1 cup of coffee in the morning.
