Every couple therapist I’ve gone to demonizes me for wanting peace in the household. None taught me how to actually get peace… thank you Adam. My favorite video is the “seven skills” video that I’ve turned into “prayer time” where we go through all seven skills in succession.

As a dude, this was really cool to watch. I don't have disorganized attachment myself, but what if I meet a woman who does have it? This is like a blueprint for how to understand. Thanks so much Adam - new subscriber here, after seeing you on Lila Rose's podcast, which was awesome. Thanks for breaking all this down for us.

I honestly wanted to cry, I resonated with absolutely everything in this video, I’m a 30 year old woman and genuinely didn’t understand what was up with me for most of my life — independant, self sufficient, confident and avoidant operating when single, and terror and anxiety when in relationships which only lifts when it’s over
