  What about the fact that one verse from the Quran was eaten by a goat? And the fact that the Quran consists of 114 surahs. Is the Quran the word of Allah? Now let’s add up the number of the author of the Quran: 114 + 411 + 141 = ??? The hundredth name of the best plotter is no longer a secret!

  Islam never said Muhammad had "invented" islamic creed. Islam clearly states that the monotheistic islamic beliefs were ancestral and started thousands of years ago, with the beginning of humanity. The Quran establishes that all different nations of earth had prophets and knew monotheism but at some moment they had rejected it or distorted it to fit their leader's interests. Nice video and a very rarely mentioned subject.

  Moslem caliphate did not persecute zoroastrians. Muhammad instructed moslems to treat them good including them in ahl al kitab and sharing food and marriages with them. So moslems elected integration before extermination (unlike zionists in Gaza). Moslems even established a agrarian reform that granted access to fertile land for the standard persian peasants. When abbasid caliphs arrived in 751 AD persians where on the top of the islamic civilization and where completley integrated. The most influential moslem scholars were persian, even in religion, since very early times like Abu Hanifa within the first century of Hijra.

  It is not a sign of wisdom to claim that the Quran must remain 100% accurate after all this time, nor does my faith hinge on such a claim. I believe that perhaps 80%—or more or less—of the Quran has been preserved. The Quran instructs believers to exercise their intellect; doing so makes it clear which verses remain authentic and which have been altered, for the message revealed by Allah cannot be contrary to truth or born of ignorance. Therefore, I believe that the portion of the Quran which has remained unchanged is sufficient to guide a sensible Muslim toward the path of truth.
